SendPipe grew out of a problem we kept hitting across every product we built. Every time a messaging provider had an outage, our users suffered. Every time we wanted to switch providers, it meant rewriting integration code. Every channel meant a separate SDK, a separate dashboard, a separate billing relationship.
We needed a control plane that sat above all providers and orchestrated them intelligently. So we built it.
