When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you use our API, we process message metadata (sender, recipients, timestamps, delivery status) as necessary to provide the service. We do not store the content of your messages beyond the retention period configured for your plan.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the SendPipe service. This includes routing messages through your configured providers, tracking delivery status, generating analytics, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your provider credentials (API keys, access tokens) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. They are only decrypted at the moment of sending a message through the respective provider. We never log, display, or expose your provider credentials.
Message logs and delivery events are retained according to your plan tier. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, bcrypt-hashed API keys, sandboxed provider execution, and IP-based access controls. For details, see our authentication documentation.
