SendPipe is a multi-channel communication infrastructure control plane operated by FregateLab Limited. The service provides message routing, delivery analytics, and provider orchestration through a REST API and SMTP relay. SendPipe is not a messaging provider — it orchestrates your existing provider accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not share API keys or use them in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including messages sent through your configured providers.
You agree not to use SendPipe to send unsolicited messages (spam), malware, phishing content, or any content that violates applicable laws. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and your provider terms of service. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
SendPipe routes messages through provider accounts that you own and configure. You are responsible for maintaining valid provider accounts and complying with each provider's terms of service. SendPipe is not liable for provider outages, rate limits, or account suspensions imposed by your providers.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Message quotas reset on the first of each billing month.
SendPipe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FregateLab Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to message delivery failures, provider outages, or data loss.
